We liked the staff and food. Room was great value. Tajmahal bbq restaurant, where you can eat, is easy walk to the hotel. Late check out too.

The property needs renovation.

The staff recommended upgrading to a larger room. Breakfast had more Chinese options. Lobby and beds were spacious and of good quality. Starbucks recently opened on the ground floor. Great breakfast and amenities.

The hotel allowed smoking in public areas, which was uncomfortable for non-smoking guests. the staff were not very friendly, which made the atmosphere cold and unwelcoming.

Great value for money, convenient location near restaurants and shopping areas. The spacious gym offers a variety of equipment and the indoor swimming pool is a plus.

The hotel feels dated and in need of a renovation. Some amenities like half of the gym equipment and shower areas are out of order. The staff is friendly but lacks fluency in English, making communication difficult. reasonable for a quick stay, but not recommended for those who value modern facilities.

During my stay over New Year's, the hotel offered free champagne and party hats which was a nice touch. The location was great, close to restaurants and shops. The view from the higher floors was amazing.

The hotel was very noisy and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. The staff were not very friendly or helpful when we complained about the noise.

The hotel is conveniently located near District 2 of the Futian Market, making it a great choice for business travelers. The rooms are clean and elegant, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff provide exceptional service and are quick to respond to any requests. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, catering to both Eastern and Western tastes. Additionally, there are facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna/spa, and snooker table available for guests to enjoy.

The hotel could benefit from updating some areas such as the corridor carpets and the lift waiting area.

The hotel provides exclusive facilities and attentive service. the spacious rooms and luxurious amenities were outstanding. the excellent Sauna, and steam bath were super-relaxing. the breakfast had various international selections of high quality. the private facilities were exceptional, with a well-equipped health club, a modern swimming pool, and an exclusive bar/lounge area with a delightful atmosphere.

This hotel was located in a great area - not too busy, but with a few nice coffee shops nearby. Although it was far from the Yiwu market, it was peaceful and had a beautiful view. the room was comfortable and clean with a fast internet connection. the breakfast was extensive, featuring a sushi guy, egg guy, and soup guy, along with plenty of western options.

The room was a bit noisy at times, with sounds from the floor above and the shower next door.

We were impressed with the exclusive amenities provided, including a top-notch health club and stunning swimming pool. the room advantages were also impressive, with massive bathrooms and high-quality furnishings. the attentive service we received only added to our positive experience. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were both exceptional, offering a wide range of delicious options for breakfast and dinner.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the sauna facilities, which were not up to par with the rest of the hotel. However, this did not take away from our overall experience, and we would still highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
